Rates


Shoulder season:

  • 8 January – 30 April 2024
  • R1 400 per night
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights

Low season:

  • 1 May – 30 November 2024
  • R1 300 per night
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights

High season:

  • 1 December 2024 – 5 January 2025
  • R3 600 per night
  • Minimum stay: 5 nights

Payment & cancellation policy


Payment
  • Deposit (50% of total amount):
    The deposit is payable within two days to secure your reservation.
  • Balance (50% of total amount):
    Reservations overlapping with the December school holidays: The balance is payable at least 30 days before the arrival date.
    Other reservations: The balance is payable at least 14 days before the arrival date.
  • No credit card needed to book. Payment is done by EFT (electronic funds transfer). Banking details will be provided upon reservation.
Cancellation policy

Reservations overlapping with the December school holidays:

  • You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before the arrival date.
  • If you cancel within 30 days before the arrival date, you will forfeit the total amount of the booking.
  • If you don’t show up, you will forfeit the total amount of the booking.

Other reservations:

  • You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before the arrival date.
  • If you cancel within 14 days before the arrival date, you will forfeit the total amount of the booking.
  • If you don’t show up, you will forfeit the total amount of the booking.

House rules


Check-in & check-out
  • Check-in: between 16:00 and 21:00 (Please inform us of your expected arrival time.) Feel free to enquire about an earlier check-in time. We’ll always try to accommodate you if possible.
  • Check-out: no later than 10:00
No smoking
  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment.
Rules pertaining to the apartment complex
  • Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the apartment complex.
  • Noise and other disturbance will not be tolerated in the apartment complex, especially between 22:00 and 07:00. Please be considerate towards your neighbours.
  • No roller skates, bicycles or any such items may be used on the walkways.
Breakage, damage to furniture & structural damage to apartment
  • We understand that sometimes breakage of everyday items, such as glasses or plates, does occur. Please be considerate and inform us of any breakage so that we can arrange to replace the item involved.
  • Please note that in cases of structural or other damage caused by you, such as damage to furniture or equipment, you may be held accountable for the cost of repairing or replacing the item(s) involved.
No bath towels on the beach
  • Please bring your own beach towels. Please do not take the bath towels provided to the beach.
Cleaning of apartment
  • Please wash all dirty dishes as well as the braai grid before leaving. Do not put clean dishes in the cupboard unless they are completely dry.
  • This apartment offers self-catering accommodation only. Should you wish to have the apartment cleaned by professionals during your stay, you are most welcome to arrange this with a local cleaning service. Such a cleaning service during your stay is not the responsibility of La Palma Villas 35’s management and will be for your own account.
  • Upon departure, please leave the apartment clean and tidy and in the same condition as when you first arrived.
  • Please note that should you leave the apartment in such a state that additional cleaning services are needed, you may be held accountable for such costs.
