Set in a beach-front apartment complex in the popular Diaz Beach, this lovely self-catering holiday apartment lies conveniently between Hartenbos and Mossel Bay.
The spacious apartment is a mere two-minute walk from the beach. Located on the fourth floor, it also offers magnificent views of the ocean and Seal Island from the balcony/braai area and main bedroom.
Come and lounge on the beach, stroll along the edge of the sea, dive into the waves or simply sit back and enjoy the spectacular view from the comfort of the apartment – or hit the road and explore the rich variety the Garden Route has to offer. All sorts of day trips are possible from such a central location.
Two bedrooms & two bathrooms
The two-bedroom apartment offers accommodation for up to four guests.
An extra-length queen-size bed can be found in the main bedroom, which also offers a beautiful sea view. There are two single beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes with lots of storage space. Linen, duvets and light blankets are provided.
The accommodation comes with two bathrooms. The main (shared) bathroom features a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom, which is en suite to the bedroom hosting two single beds, offers a shower, washbasin and toilet. Bath and hand towels are provided.
Kitchen
The well-equipped open-plan kitchen offers modern accessories, including a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, stove top, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and kitchenware.
A four-seater table and chairs offer a comfortable dining area right next to the kitchen.
A washer dryer combo (combining a front-loading washing machine and a tumble dryer) is provided, as well as an iron, an ironing board and a drying rack for clothing/towels.
Balcony & braai (barbeque) facilities
On the spacious balcony, a large six-seater table as well as a built-in stainless steel braai, complete with a braai grid, can be found.
Here, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. Stacking windows which can be opened or closed as you wish ensure that the view from the balcony and the braai area can be enjoyed even in cold or rainy weather.
Entertainment
The living room offers comfortable couches and a beautiful sea view. A smart TV in this room offers DStv Now (full package), Showmax and Netflix.
Guests have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, including the balcony.
Board games (30 Seconds, chess, draughts and backgammon) as well as playing cards (including Uno) are provided for guests’ entertainment.
Parking & security
Covered, secured parking is provided for one vehicle at no cost. (No reservation is needed to secure this parking space – it is specifically allocated to La Palma Villas 35.)
Secured visitors’ parking is also available on the premises at no cost.
The apartment complex offers 24 hour security. A security guard is on duty 24 hours a day and hourly patrols are conducted to ensure that you and your vehicle are safe.
Access to Diaz Beach: Private gate
Guests have direct access to the beach (Diaz Beach) through a private gate which can only be used by occupants of the La Palma Villas complex.
You will receive a key for this gate upon check-in.
